The prices are indicative per person per day. During the high season the apartments are rented only from Saturday to Saturday. Extra charge of20,00€ for additional bed. The price includes bedlinen and towels, water, gas and energy.
We remind you that as from 01.01.2015 a 'temporary visitor' tax of 1,40 Euro per person (over 14 years) and day will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.
We can offer breakfast / breakfast hamper, the price is 14,00 €/person or you can order fresh milk, bread, eggs and bacon for each day (not included in the price).
For a fix reservation we ask a deposit.

The final payment of your vacation will be settled in the evening before departure day.
Check-in 2 pm, check-out 9.00 am.
In case of a prior departure or a later arrival the price is calculated as agreed through reservation.
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
To avoid unwanted expenses, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation policy.
Pets are welcome with an extra charge of Euro10,00 per day.
Internetaccess WI-FI in price included.
We don't accept credit cards.

- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%).
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay.
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay.
