Located in the middle of the ski regions Alta Badia and Plan de Corones is Maierhof in La Valle/La Val, an affordable holiday location for active winter sport aficionados.
In just a few minutes by car, the uphill lifts of the two ski regions can easily be reached by car or with the free ski shuttle bus. The selection of ski slopes of all complexity levels is virtually unlimited for both kids and amateur skaters, from beginner to advanced. Both Alta Badia (53 lifts and 130 slope kilometres) as well as Plan de Corones (40 lifts and 180 slope kilometres) are among the best known and most popular ski areas in Europe. Because both regions belong to the "Dolomiti Superski" region, it is enough for you to have just one ski pass – and even more: from Alta Badia, you can have a direct connection to the "Sellaronda" and can go around the impressing Sella range in one day.
From 01.06.2016 free ski bus service directly from Maierhof to Alta Badia.
